Answers:    You can not call US toll-free numbers from out of the country!...but you could use a calling card and then dial the toll-free number, this is one process to get around the problem....!

Toll-free numbers, similar to 888,800,877, etc. only work inwardly the US!!

011 is only used when you phone up overseas from the US

"1" is the US international code, but using it and the 866 number will not work when calling from abroad!
0011 1 next what ever number you want ( I THINK)
