Why would I hold 13 digits on my guest ID? I get a phone nickname but they hung up and vanished no message.?

Lots of time its telemarketers or individuals calling from maybe your phone company or something.
I deliberate they have those numbers & don't move messages purposely to make the party wonder enough roughly who's calling them so they pick up the phone to see who it is & get stuck discussion to 'em.
It could be from a prepaid phone card.
