How can I broadcast that Vonage handset company is a fraud?

Due toVonage's phone quality, I hold switched to Verizon and kept the phone number, and they made my account busy because I was surrounded by a year contract. I called so abundant times and every time I called, their customer service rep. told me different stories. One said I can disconnect the service right away and others said I can't. They even told me after the contract is over, they cannot settlement the credit that I have surrounded by my account. I call again after 5 mos. and they can cancel it, but ask me to repay the penalty for $40.00 because the ending day of the contract is tomorrow. I've really have it with this company and suggest everybody not to do any business beside them.

My advice to individuals is to not sign up with any company that locks you into contracts.

For getting started into VoIP, I recommend trying out companies that hold "Pay-As-You-Go" accounts.
That's what I do, and I only compensate for what I use, month by month. I can quit and switch at any time.

I have equal deal beside my Internet and cable company.
I only reimburse month-by-month for my cable and cable-Internet. No contract. I can quit and switch anytime.
Thing is.... with the monthly packages I currently hold with VoiP, Internet, cable... I hold no need to switch.... everything is working fine.
posting it here help and just bring up to date everyone you know, word of mouth goes a long means of access.

besides, I think that anyone that have had business with them already - already know that they suck.
