I live in the birmingham nouns B76 and i have virgin tv , phone and broadband. My take into custody up tv on demand hasn't be working for 4 days now is any 1 else experiencing like problem also channel 330 (The Hits) is gone down it comes up with an error code - 1010 i enjoy had this problem since today is any1 else facing this problem. i own phoned virgin and they told me to wait atleast 5 working days and if know 1 call me back 2 phone them posterior so i am just wondering if any1 else is facing any of one and the same problems.
Answers: I would complain if no one call me back and I have to wait 5 days for a sevice I pay envelope for. They are a bunch of money grabbing gits, a short time ago like Sky. They both donate a cr@p service and expect to be paid ably for it.... I am seriously thinking about getting a freeview box instead..... Hope it adjectives works out for you though.
It has go downhill after being rebranded. Sky/BT combo is more reliable, they don't slow ur downloads down or dance temporarily out of service every other week
