Why is Bell Canada man so rude and thoughtless?

We ordered Express Vu Satelite and when after much converation with Bell and want of good signals, we establish to cancel the service. To our dismay, they contracted to cancel our landline and told us we have missed payment on our phone bill. Now we own no land phone which we have for over 39 years. In order to capture this service back, Bell requests us to pay for the Satelite service and the added on services which they revision each month and we don't receive.
No wonder everyone is going to cell phones.
However I am concerned that sometime, we may experience huge problems with signals (New York problem) and we will adjectives be left with-out comunication, seriour problems for the sick etc.

we canceled complete package(internet, tv & phone) after they double charged us twice , changed internet connection as they pleased (ours originally be high speed , and in the future we checked it wasn't high speed )than the rudeness delay solving problems, didn't paied us back any.
my husband was so angry , tired of calling and we give up the money , they are thief.
we changed undamaged service to videotron 2years ago
not that i 100% satisfied next to videotron but, this company doesn't steal!
Don't know but I'll definitely pilfer a note of how bleak this firm is.
