I was reading a magizine and i saw somthing within it where you put it contained by a dsl or cablemodem or somthing and is prevents you from paying your phone bill or somthing...... do you kno the name of it so my momma dont enjoy to pay for phone anymore?


Answers:    The service you speak of is call VoIP or Voice over Internet Protocol. The service allows you to use your broadband connection for a phone stripe.
