I`ve been near BT internet for about 2 years,They converted me to upgrade to 8 meg broadband,and told me it would only cost me 2 pounds extra per month .however when I get my last bill they have charged me the full price ..24-99 per month, when I complained they said it would be made right and would be deducted from my subsequent bill..unfortunately this is`nt the satchel and I am being charged one and the same ...despite 3 E-mails and a conversation on the phone I am being anyone cut off because I litter to pay my bill until this is sorted!did BT break the contract and am I surrounded by the right!?
Answers: We had one and the same problem. BT are a total nightmare, you'll probably be trying to get your point across and getting put on hold for the subsequent few months, they'll say it's sorted after they'll still charge you. In the end, we switched to Sky.

BT are a waste of space i merely in the process of cancel BT Broadband and phone line.. i will never stir back!! Rubbish Customer Service and Expensive!
