Answers: If it say unknown caller and I don't know the nouns code that's what I have voice communication for. The can leave a message or not. It's their choice!

I on the odd occasion answer unknown number calls - they're usually pranks or someone trying to put up for sale something anyway!
I answer it only because my family circle lives in another country, and other shows up unknown. I get burned alot, sometimes its salesmen, or the dreaded record voice telling you to stay on the vein................ The list go on and on.
i figure it's my boyfriend's brother or mother. they similar to to keep their number a undeclared. i just suspend up. then they call upon back again. i find it funnier than they do.
No, I don't pick it up. I tolerate my voicemail pick it up :-) If it is really important & I know them, they own my cell number :-)
Give them crap !! Tell them you want to meet them somewhere and deed really creepy. They might just be off you alone. Convince that person it's really not contained by their benefit to call you. I guess near are better ways than being creepy, but hey, be creative.

I usually just answer. I can other hang up effortlessly without adage a word other than hello.

Caller ID? Forget it.
Call Waiting? It's going on for as rude as you can get. You might as powerfully say this to your guest "Oh, can you hang on? Your beckon isn't very impressive and I've got another one coming within from someone more important."
