What is Call Waiting?
Call Waiting enable you to place one call on hold while you answer a second christen, then alternate between the two.

While on the phone, a tone alerts you to another call upon.

Press the flash button or switch hook on your telephone - as you would next to a normal receiver line.

Press the flash button or switch hook on your mobile phone to go stern to the original call upon.

There are two ways to configure Call Waiting.
You may choose to disable Call Waiting on a per-call basis, or
you may set your Call Waiting preferences using your Vonage Online Account.

How do I disable Call Waiting for one phone?
*70Simply dial *70 before the number you are calling to disable this characteristic for that call. Once the phone call ends, Call Waiting will be automatically enabled for future call.

How do I configure Call Waiting using my VonageOnline Account?
Log in to your Vonage Online Account.
Click the Features tab and travel to the Call Waiting section
Select the number for which nickname waiting will be disabled, and click Configure.
Select OFF under Call Waiting Status
Click Submit.
Vonage=headache. Cancel it.
