If my Phone service doesn't present Privacy Manager...?

If my Phone service doesn't offer Privacy Manager to Block Unknown Callers, is in that another service to block these annoying calls. I live within the mountains and AT&T for some reason doesn't propose this service on my phone number.

Answers:    yes, you can buy a callerID manager....!

Block anonymous numbers — let you decide whether anonymous/unidentified, out of nouns, blocked, or private calls may ring your phone. Choose between allowing a message or ignore with no answer.
Invite or exclude caller — allows you to quickly create a catalogue of “Invited” callers who may ring your phone or “Excluded” caller who may either be without being seen without answering or directed to your voice post or answering device, using the call history or by cellular phone keypad.
Huge database — blocks up to 175 numbers, area codes, or prefixes.
Voice mail/VoIP compatible — let you route unanswered or blocked call to voice mail; control call over your Voice over IP Network using your analog connections.
Large backlit Caller ID display — features large, easy-to-read characters contained by an illuminated display; flashing red table lamp indicates when a new christen has be received.
Plus much more — get inbound and outbound ring up tracking; sleep, timer, and standby modes; “wildcard” feature.
