BT sent me a bill for a rank that doesnt work and be cancelled a month subsidise. No one answers their phone.?
I requested a BT line on July 27, 2007 and it be activated on July 28th and they me a number. I next tried to get broadband from Orange and Tiscali. I be told the number doesnt exist on my address and i need to phone up BT back. hmmm I did that for 2-3 days and finally be told by someone that the number is registered to next door neighbour, they bounced me around department for couple more sunshine.No one lives next door. I call BT from 8:30am to 23:00pm for in short several morning someone said its cancelled and new rank will be activated within my name and address inside 5 working day (31st August 2007) which never happen so i called again n agian and cancelled the row. Now i have bill for lb37.50 not a soul answers the so called hot customer dep. I have huge mobile bills and not a soul is helping. I am in tears. I hold emailed watchdog, the website for bt doesnt exist. HELP PLS
Answers: My heart bleeds for you, I hold found that BT are the most unresponsive shower that I have ever come across. In some respect you enjoy been lucky you might hold got their backing line contained by Delhi and you could have be on the phone for a couple of hours and not understood a word. If you want a titter, having complained contained by writing, I received a phone call from BT offering me and English speaking minister to line. I have need for some assistance and telephone this number, only to be greeted within some sort of broken English. I have to come clean he solved my problem, but my God, BT?.
