In a long distance phone phone up, if the other individual call me, will the phone up appear on my phone bill?

i dont mean, will it appear on my phone bill as within, will i be charged. i mean, will the christen appear regardless?

Answers:    probably not because most calls in the present day are VOIP. so the number that show up might be a local number. i'm not a computer geek but that's the way it is. you can other try that number when the bill comes. by the way if you be called on a cell phone it won't appear. Cell phone companies don't want no sass from cheaters when they eventually go and get caught.
