BT analogue dash + RJ45 patch panel.?

Hi all... Any one know what the electrics pin outs are to punch down a BT analogue phone line to an RJ45 patch panel.

Notes:
BT enjoy presented on a twenty pair block.
There is simply one pair for respectively line.
The patch panel have four pairs (1-8).
Patch panel type is a Panduit DP5e 24 port patch panel.
I think it is the middle two pins (4 and 5).
