MCI, net access?
I just get my monthly phone bill from AT&T, which also included a bill from MCI on two long distance calls I NEVER made, plus my phone can't even adopt long distance calls! But the piece really bugs me is that the calls are programmed as "WEB ACCESS" 1 min each, at $35 respectively? What does this mean? The phone this is on, is also the phone I hold my PC connected to.
Answers: In my personal opinion you should send for them and ask them what it is and how it got at hand? If you didn;t do then ask them who did and how? Also why are you getting charged for somthing you diddn;t directive and why! also you can vidit the website and do some research too good luck if you enjoy problems with the rep ask for a supervisors serve dont let anyone push you around
