Can you understand what the relations are saying?! I find it really annoying when you ring these places and they cant take in you, you cant understand them. You would expect it would be a major requisite for them to speak clear english.
Answers: oh, man.....don't even win me started on this!! I'm glad my VoIP provider prides themselves of only hiring ppl within California....its a real pleasure to discuss to the techs at 5am PST...they pick up after the 2nd ring and all speak english in need an accent....
