Calling from a U.S. number to another U.S. number overseas?

I'm calling someone at the UK from a California phone number, but she will be answering from a Nevada direct line. She lives within the UK but has a Las Vegas phone number on her cell. Will I still bring back charged for airtime if something like this happen?

Answers:    If you are calling from the same nouns code as her Nevada number and calling from PSTN land-line, then it should be free for you.

If the number is out of your "local calling area" afterwards, you are only charged for the long distance charges from your nouns code to her Nevada area code.

But, if you are using a cell to craft the calls, consequently you may be charge for your usual cell "air time" (that single depends on your cell contract terms).

And, of course she will be paying for her cell nouns time as usual too.
Probably, It depends on your phone company.
