What do you do just about horrible customer service?
Answers: I understand completely! Been here too many times. First of adjectives, I am not a patient personage and I hate conversation to machines. So from the get walk I'm upset. When I do get a human person at the other end, the first item I do as ask their name if I didn't entrap it the first time, and their work number, badge or some other form of ID. If that character is incompetant, then I complain. Time is money, and purely because a company is the service provider they must think that we the consumer own all the time within the world to sit there on hold or hold to keep calling because of dangle ups. Complain, complain, complain. If people want that available job, then they should know what they are doing.
It is easier to use the computer or write a memo, because believe me when I'm on the phone and things are not getting done, I get a moment or two hot under the collar.
i would ask to parley to a supervisor (when you finally connected) and tell him you will no longer humiliate his business because of the lousy customer service.
