International Calling?

Well, Im using a sprint phone card ( So as to not run up my bills )
I call to England and I type within - 44 - 1604 - 79 - xxx - xxxx

It rings, but in a short passageway.. Anywho, the person on the other termination doesn't get a point. Or ringing.. Any ideas?...

( Such as different channel to type in the number..? BTW - Im calling from a house phone to acellular phone )

Answers:    44 is the UK international code, but you requirement something before. surrounded by the US it's 011, in Europe it's usually 00
so it would start near 011 44 or 00 44

second 1604 is NOT a cell phone. Uk cell phone have a prefix within 7 if i temember right.

good luck.
