I just bought a bright cordless phone, and I am a caller-id subscriber. It works on all other phones within the house, but not on this new one, which is a company id phone. I tried calling it near my cell phone, and the number did not show up, but it did on the other phones, how do I fix this?
Answers: check the battery!! cart it out and plug it back within, or get a trial battery..this happen to me one time, and it fixed it!!
