I have be on the phone with Vonage and Lexmark support for over 48hrs going 'round and round' one unfolding me to call the other and vice versa.. Seems to be the 9th circle of hell if you ask me... However.. I am asking you if it is TRUE that Vonage have a FAX LINE FILTER ... Or should I just stop this bull**** beside vonage and go backbone to a land queue... In my opinon.. vonage SUCKS.. As of right now.. I enjoy been on the phone near vonage either on hold or conversation with the vonage idiots for.. 78:45... Yes folks thats over a hour and almost half... GOD HELP ME SOMEONE!
Answers: InPhonex and CallCentric allow faxing beside their services at no extra charge. InPhonex supplies ATA boxes. CallCentric is BYOD (bring your own ATA device), but is very low cost and reliable. (link is within my profile)
