* Efonica land-line and Cellular rates are impossible to tell apart at 23.8 cent/min.

Of course, we hold no way to know what the entity receiving a telephone call in Dubai is paying for reception calls on their cell service.... that obviously would be the case no business how Audrey L. calls....
further to the before answers, if its a uk mobile your friend picks up most of the call charge. surrounded by relation to the calling cards, check to see if they include calls to mobiles.
