Can I copyright my phone #?

We recently tried to convert our phone number and when through some major hassle. We switched back to save our phone number because of our kids and how we remember our phone numbers as kids.
That got me thinking just about if I could somehow copyright the phone number.

Answers:    No you don't own the number the phone company does.
It's just a phone number..Your kids are smart satisfactory to remember a new number if given the fate.
