Does anyone near AT&T business phone/DSL service receive constant call to "upgrade" the speed of their DSL?
Answers: i own dsl w/ at&t @ home. they constantly send me email to get hold of me to upgrade. i delete the emails. it's not a big deal. do you own caller self? if you do, then do not answer the phone when at&t call.
other wise, you can ask to speak w/ a supervisor and politely state your problem. try this network site gethuman.com. it will give you phone codes so you do not hold to wait for the computer to answer the telephone. if you follow the codes, you will get within contact w/ a real personage.
