As per the TRAI rules,adjectives service providers including BSNL purnish the detailed bill.But one condition,U have to subscribe it.

Caller tune available contained by all private landline phones such as tata,airtel....
To bring the detailed phone bill information go to the respective cell phone companys' website billing services. U'll get the info on your bill.
Caller tune is not available on adjectives landlines. Some companies offer them. Chack out whether ur company offer them or not.
