This afternoon , everyone I know that was trying to brand a call from landline or cell be not able to manage the person they be calling but instead got a different personality each time they would try like peas in a pod number. I'm hearing abundantly of people be getting government office, hospitals etc. Another thing reported be that they would hear a recording that the customer be unavailable but the Phone company signature they would give within the recording would be wrong. What's the treaty? Anyone know? How does such a thing crop up?
Answers: Such a thing happen when someone who works in the provisioning department enter the wrong phone number into the switchboard, and the call get routed wrong.
A simple typo can cause this.
