We have ordered Cox digital handset service. The tech was here outside today and said that he would be surrounded by to talk to us after he be done setting up the outside line. I notice he didn't come in and when I go outside to check he was gone. I do not know how I am supposed to set up the phone to form it work. He tried to contact Cox online and they said it would be a $45.00 charge to send someone stern out to the house. We have a regular cordless cell phone. and the modem we are using is a Motorola surfboard cable modem. How do I plug in and turn on the phone?
Answers: Call COX put money on and tell them that the technician did NOT do his chore, and the phone NEVER worked. That is a failed install, and you do not own to pay for that.
