If i disconnect my ground queue at home, what are my option for internet service.?

Answers:    You can still use your home phone wires to get high-speed Internet, even when you no longer own phone service with the local telco.
It is referred to "unclothed DSL", or "dry loop DSL", either approach it is just different argot for the same entry.
It is just a situation of finding a DSL Internet service provider that will also provide dry loop, or naked DSL to your location.

Otherwise, most cable TV services also provide high-speed Internet service. There is also "wireless" Internet service within many areas in a minute days. Satellite Internet is also another option.
Once you enjoy highspeed Internet service, then you can hook up beside any of many VoIP services for low-cost local and long distance phone calling.
Cable, and Wireless any from a cell company like Verizon, or Clear-wire. I've hear of satellite Internet but haven't seen it.
