How do i generate and make safe call for forwarding from my home phone?
Answers: Call your local phone service provider, they will explain. they could also disable it for you.
If your phone is programmed to do this...
erect the receiver, and dial *72....when you achieve a dialtone, dial the # you want to forward to 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX.
When you want to deactivate, erect the receiver and dial *73.
I work for the phone company, so this will work. Once u dial *72 from your home phone, you dial the number where on earth u are fwding the calls. That other phone will ring, answer it and be sure the connections stay contained by effect for at least 6 second. When u want to unforward it, dial *73 from your home phone. (PS it wont work unless u have that characteristic on your line.)
