I need to forward call that are coming in to the front desk to another phone contained by the building. Does anyone know if this is possible or how to do it? We have a phone tree and when the sightseer hits zero it does a double ring at the front desk. I entail that double ring to go to my bureau phone? Anyone?
Answers: It all depends on the type of Nortel phone system you own and the way it have been programmed. There are two largest types, the PBX and the Electronic Key system.
Typically there have been a forward push button programmed on your phone and you just hit the forward button, the extention number that you want to forward to, and after the forward button again.
