It is not uncommon for brand new VoIP startups to not fully support reliable DTMF functionality. DTMF functionality is actually a complex issue when it comes to VoIP. Some services own reliable DTMF, some do not (or cannot).

Calls originated from GrandCentral online contact document worked great - except after call pickup, I tried to use DTMF to do ring routing (for A, press 1, for B, press 2, etc.).
