How to fix motorola v300 next to no speaker nouns?

motorola v300 have a manufacturing problem. to clear sound the little speaker have to move freely back and forward. but is constricted by a metal plate the is contained by its back . to resolve the problem. follow this steps.
1 - turn turn bad the phone .
2- flip the phone open.
2- around the eyeshade , you going to see four little dot lids that cover little screw.
3- take stale the little lids and next the four little screws , don't loose them.
4- cart off the FACE Plate.
5- using a syringe nose pliers pry outward the metal plate 1mm will do.
clear sure the the steel frame is not touching the earpiece.
6- turn on the phone.
7-call your voice communication to tested. and enjoy it.
if you mull over this to much a challenge for you ;procure help of somebody that can do it for you. it is pretty natural.
the screws are a torx type. you can borrow the screwdriver from any cellular store that sell personalized FACE PLATES
