Should I gain the iPod touch or the iPhone? I'm largely concerned in the region of the internet/wifi pros and cons.?
Apple just announced the iPod touch 8GB for $299 and the 4GB iPhone also for $299.
My contract beside Verizon just expired, and I be thinking about entending my contract beside them, until I heard just about the price drop on the iPhone, and then I find out just about the iPod touch, which is an iPhone without the phone constituent.
The iPod touch has wifi, which is cool, but the one and only way I own wireless internet is when I'm in college. Are there any other places where on earth I can get FREE wifi?
The iPhone also have the internet on it, and I'm always connected. I don't hold to go out and find a free place for wifi.
Please backing, I'm so confused. What one should I get?

Like do you need a phone or an iPod.
If you enjoy an iPod, then I consider getting an iPhone, but as you said, your contract terminated, so u might want to get an iPhone.
But close to I said, it really depends.
Do you have the $$$$$ to pony up because the iPhone, you own to spend at least $1000 a year due to the contract.
Or you can basically go go and get an iPod Touch, but if you just want to use it for internet it'd be best to grasp this, but you NEED as i said NEED a wifi connection because not a soul said you need a wifi nouns. so u have to progress buy a router.
& if your a poor *** (Like me, so don't worry, ur not alone, me too xD) I would consider getting an iPod Touch obtain a router, and a cellphone(doesn't really matter)
But if you're a wealthy being, get an iPhone because it's profusely better and you can go on the internet anywhere(but this could be discouraging do to roaming charges)

Starbucks have wifi, and there are some cities that are implement wifi throughout the whole city! inside the next 2 years, you will be finding wifi at frequent more places, airports, malls, courthouses, etc. I would say if you hold the money, get the iphone. the plans are in actuality very plausible priced, you cant really get a PDA unlimited information plan for much cheaper, and none of them have the capability the iphone has. someone brought up how much you would be paying over the course of a year, but hey thats something like how much you will be paying anyways if you get another cell phone, and this road, you dont have to buy both!
Just remember, you will hold to switch to ATT to get the iphone.
iphone is the ipod touch next to calling capabilities. the price of the iphone 8gb dropped to $399 so if ur also predisposed to use it as a phone then merely pay for a time more and get it. if u predominantly wanted the iphone for music, video, wifi carry the ipod touch and pay a short time less.
instinctively id be in motion with iphone but consequently again i dont like any product all that much
im hoping to buy the brevisys work pi which has adjectives the features of the iphone + more and u can choose to buy it with 60GB and 2 memory card slots which is adjectives ill involve for music and video.
well i surmise you need to buy the phone contract definetly for wifi but the touch you enjoy no contract
