Should AT&T replace my phone? (open for details)?

I got a camera phone contained by August 2006. Around October '06, I had to transport it to the Cingular (now AT&T shop.) It completely quit working so they replaced it for free. Now my camera has quit working on my phone. I want to know if they should replace it for free. My phone is pretty rhythm up--the antenna cover is missing, one of the hinges (it's a flip phone) is messed up, and it's scratched and chipped. Should AT&T replace my phone for free? (I hold a two-year service agreement, but since they replaced it within two months of buying it.....)

Answers:    If you hold insurance they will replace it for you as long as there is no marine damage involved.
Abuse is not covered below warrenty. If they do replace it free, it is a gift.
