Is this a scam? Somone here said they actually got a sidekick II
Answer: From what I can find, they are an actual company and have a "satisfactory" record with the BBB.

Be aware that the price does include 2-year activation of the data plan and voice plan.

But I would call them and get a rep on the phone to tell you what the fine print is, before you think of ordering. Their customer service number is 1-866-602-9080.
