On a verizon billing statement most of the text sent and recieved are programmed as phone numbers, but some are to and from odd numbers such as 0000-1306. And these numbers appear to change by one digit beside each different text message, example nest set book may be 0000-1308. Is this some type of code and how could I track these numbers?
