Answers:    Usually after you purchase the soft ware they will send you adjectives the info you need to download it. Make sure your email setting will allow this site to convey you email. If it can't the email from the company will get sent to your bulk email report and then delete. If you still have problems contact the company. If you hold no luck put in a dispute beside pay comrade to get your money rear legs.
