Try and convince her that you're mature plenty to have one and that it's essential contained by this day and age incase something go wrong or you need to contact respectively other. Nagging them isn't the best option as it purely proves to them you aren't mature plenty and they simply won't listen. Give them the pros and cons, make sure near are more positive points than negative ones and be paid them feel as if they are within control of how much you use the phone/ a certain budget a month or simply using the cellphone for certain things or I don`t know leaving it near them when you're at home and only have it while you are out. Agree to keep it free as much as possible so it is never out of stock when they try to contact you. Negotiate with them a bit than pester them.
