I'm a Technosaurusignoranmous, so I don't know what a blackjack is, but on my work-issue Verizon flip phone, I lately went to alert settings, and chose "tone-vibrate".
But my personal cell phone is a T-mobile Samsung, and that fact doesn't seem to work. It will any vibrate, or ring. Not both.
