On my iPhone i cannot unlock it.. it say slide to unlock, i slide but doesnt unlock, whats going on?

when i click the button at the top it says slide to power stale, and i slide it, though nothing happen, it seems resembling the whole touch item doesn't work. though when i slide to power off it works.. what the hec?


Answers:    sorry, i don't know, but i hold an ipod and i HATE apple. they have unpardonable customer service and do anything to make their products a monopoly by making them one and only compatible w/ apple accessories. everything is for the fu*king profits currently!
Turn the power off, on the button you hold on top, the black one, then turn it on again, it have happened to me once or twice.
