w810i i am using one and i frontage no problems. I am able to install softwares and games and the music and camera is far better than n72 and n70. The just bad article is the small screen size

Nokia n-series is method too costly given the features it claims to support.
i can't suggest you between nokia models, but two brands, as in between sonyericsson and nokia, i would prefer you buy sony ericsson, but again it's up to your mindset , so let's checkout what r u looking for:
so, you be talking almost software support, if you are looking for a music software, then yes, sony ericsson doesn't allow any music players apart from walkman, but walkman is a great player, believe me. apart from player, sony phones allow almost adjectives java applications, so don't worry for any softwares apart from music player.
let's see some more properties:
if you are looking for better resale helpfulness, go for nokia.
if you are looking for glibness of use, go buy sony.
if you are looking for better camera functions, move about for sonyercssion, however, nokia camera gives better results than sonyericsson walkman series. so if you are not looking for photography as work with your phone(i doubt you do), consequently better go for sony
if you are a music lover and delight in each and every tempo of a song, if you are looking for clear and greater sound, after go for sony.

buy Apple I-Phone
Go for Sony 810i. I am using it since concluding two years when it was not launch in India. It is much better than N70 & N72. Sony W810i is an excellent surrounded by it's picture quality and nouns quality. There is no comparision between Sony & Nokia. It is also unbelievably handy & light weightiness to carry. Battery natural life is also better than Nokia. Don't think much and buy it.

If you have several contacts then buy Nokia N72 because of its PC Suite Sync gift, it can store & backup all your cell phone information same with N70. N72 is also great for a musicaholic but i have an idea that W810i is better there. Nokia phones usually are more reliable and hold a longer life.
W810i is a biddable music phone but I strongly suggest the Nokia N72 or actually run ahead and buy the N76 flip phone!
Always keep surrounded by mind your requirements before buying any phone. All phones enjoy one or the other problem.
If you ask me I prefer Sony mobile over Nokia phones.
