I enjoy a nokia 6820 and when I receive a christen I cannot hear the entity who is calling I also hold alarm up on?

I also have alarm up on the bottom right mitt side .


Answers:    Consult a technician .your phone has a hear piece problem.
when someone is phoning u (or u phone them) push the volume button up, it mite work. (does on my nokia).
