Does my phone hold a virus? How do i return with rid of it if i do?

I have a nokia 3230 phone. A few times during the week (always surrounded by the morning - around 12am to 6am, about every partly hour to hour) my phone starts sending messages to all of my contacts on it's own. I am not sure what the messages right to be heard as i can't open them while they are sending but some of my contact hold told me that they say things such as "festive birthday", "Virtual sex", etc.
Is this a virus?
Sometimes i am able to defer the convey and then delete them but most of the time i cannot do this. I judge it might also be using up my phone credit.
What do i do to get rid of this?

Answers:    Yes, your phone is infected. Definitely by a branch from the CommWarrior virus family - probably CommWarrior.A, judge by the symptoms. See the first of the links below for a detailed description.

See the second link for a free utility that should remove this virus, once you install and run it on the phone.
yep virus-a-plenty..... only smash it on concrete
