Answers: I have tmobile for 5 years, my mintues doesn't take out when i appointment 611 or call my voice correspondence, I don't know why it does for you....LOL, you can also check to see if really take out your minutes from your statement, nearby few pages that show adjectives your call annals weather it's incoming or outgoing call, weather it's mobile to mobile, night or weekends, it all breaking down.

They charge on voicemail using your own phone (I know this is kind of backwards!) You can phone from a land column a and check your voice mail adjectives day long and not receive charged!

I own had T-mobile for 5 years and enjoy never gotten charged for 611 calls. I other gotten charged whenver minutes for using voicemail its just approaching a regular call. If you want to you can telephone your cell from a landline and ignore the bid and when you hear your voice mail greeting hit * and afterwards it will prompt you to put in your voicemail password. And the manuscript messages are free that they send you if you read them they will enunciate free txt msg from tmobile.
i have have tmobile for 5 years, they do not add stuff to your bill that dont belong near. they dont charge to use ur vmail, customer care or anything close to that.
they also dont disconnect you so easily. you must be chitchat about cingular or sprint!! lmao.
but anywho.. if you see ur minutes self used off ur my favs, its probbly cuz it hasnt completely be set up. or you did it wrong, it does take up to 48 hours to set up u know..
chill out girl. and if you dont approaching it, you have 30 days, (( within california)) to return the fone and get rid of the service..
