Music to phone?

I am using a free trial of eMusic. My goal is transferring my music to my cell phone. (Song Ericsson W580i)

I get a few songs & they put them all surrounded by a folder. I have a cord where on earth my phone is connetced to the USB thingy. But I dont know where to stir from there. How do I instigate my cell phone
icon? How can I put the music on here??

Answers:    U've a software that comes with ur phone call Disc2Phone. Install that n also PC Suite (so that ur pc can detect d phone).

This track, ur songs gets converted to mp3 n sent to d phone.
