Motorola V300 headset?

I would like to buy a headset for my mobile phone (Motorola V300). I tried to buy the resourceful one but the wire doesn't correspond to the outlet. How is it possible? Can't my phone support a headset? Can anyone speak about me where I can buy it? Thanks
