Answers: You will not know how to use the enV on AT&T service. It is only compatible near Verizon on the CDMA network. It doesn't enjoy a SIM card so you cannot unlock it to use on GSM.
So if you want to use it you will have to draw from a plan with Verizon, which will allow you to return with the cheaper price. But you will be paying for service with two providers.
