Can the Pantech Duo work on T-Mobile?

I about to switch over to T-Mobile, and i dont want that sidekick cuz everyone have it, and i wanted to take the Pantech Duo, but its a AT&T phone, can it work if i buy it and use a T-Mobile and simcard?


Answers:    It can work provided that you unlock the phone before you put a T-mobile sim card within it, or else the Duo will still be tied to the At&t framework and wont work with T-mobile.

I'm not reasonably sure if At&t will do it for you since you are leaving them (I imagine they unlock it for you if you claim you're heading out of the country), but since you don't have the phone on the other hand, you can try and find an unlocked one off ebay or something.
