Im a noob at this. i want to win the brand new sidekick lx but im underneath verizon.?
Answers: You'll either own to switch to T-Mobile or do without it. You can't use Sidekicks beside Verizon or ANY other CDMA company. Verizon's phones and network are CDMA, which doesn't use sim cards. Sidekicks are GSM phones, which require sim cards surrounded by order to work. They are two completely different technology and are not compatible with respectively other.
The sidekick uses a sim card. Verizon phones don't use these so its impossible to activate it on Verizon. Just some info earlier you decide to switch. Verizon is coming out beside a very nice phone that closely of people influence is better than the Sidekick and the iPhone. I suggest you check it out. And you decide for yourself.
