Problems near Connecting cell phones near bluetooth?

when i try to send ringtones to my phone from another person's phone next to bluetooth, it says nouns problem. our phones do connect but no one can dispatch ringtones 2 my phone. but everyone has succesfully received ringtones from someone else

Answers:    Make sure BLUETOOTH IS FULLY CHARGED!

1)make sure the bluetooth on your phone is on...budge to: (phone settings) it will say bluetooth there's gonna be an way out where it say if it will be on or off(make sure you pick on).
2)if it's a universal bluetooth push and hold the answer/talk button until the frothy on the bluetooth stays lit/on (without blinking)....ummm.....
3)while light is on, on your phone dance to search devices beneath the same settings as #1...(step)...
Results should be at lowest one device found (the model # should be on it)
4) Select the device and select PAIR (option)...the device should pair beside the phone and make sure phone is not on silence and experiment...hopefully we helped you .
