Alright well i enjoy a plan for 200 messages a month. but i went over by approaching 400 so im gonna be spending and extra 40 dollars most likely. Is it possible if i wish to change my plan to unlimited texting within the middle of the month, will the charges go away. Please lend a hand im just trying to let go 40 bucks!
Answers: call customer protection and explain that you think you requirement to change your plan and if you do is near anyway they can help near the additional charges. At worst they vote no, middle of the road .. meet ya 1/2 track and best case scenerio .. credit is issued for adjectives usage charges.
Depending on how you approach it dont lie, dont whine and dont YELL! Be okay and you will be suprised at how far you get!
